If there is a need to take airport supplies (goods, spare parts, etc.) into the specially protected area (including the aircraft and in the restricted areas in the terminal), a special permit must be issued by Billund Airport.

To obtain this permission, there are a number of pre-requisites that must be met by the company in question.

ID-Card- and Training fees

• ID-Card + e-learning Security Awareness Course: DKK 210.
• Expired ID-Card (not returned to Billund Airport): DKK 600.
• Lost ID-Card: DKK 600.
• Temporary ID-Card: DKK 100.
• Vehicle Pass: DKK 100.
• Driving Course K0, K1, and K2 + e-learning Driving Course Awareness: DKK 500.
• Driving Course K3, Basic Course*: DKK 1.600.
• Driving Course K3, Recurrent training: DKK 500.

* The listed price includes a Danish language test if the participant does not already hold a Radio Certificate (N-BEG/N-JOR).

All prices are excluding VAT.

Your company will be invoiced per applied ID-Card; we therefore encourage prompt collection of ID-Cards.

Please note, if the ID-Card is not collected within 4 months from the date the HR Department at Billund Airport has received the ID-Card application, the ID-Card application form, Police Approval, and any online courses, will be permanently deleted from our system, and new applications will be required.

According to the Personal Data Act, whose content can be read on the Data Inspectorate's website, you have the right to be informed about the processing of personal data we register electronically.

The main Airport Security Office at Billund Airport stores personal information within an electronic register in relation to the issuance of ID-Cards, Guest-cards and Vehicle Pass. It is information provided by you and your employer in connection with an application for either an ID-Card, a Guest-card or a Vehicle Pass.

You are entitled to object in accordance with the Personal Data Act. You have the right to gain insight into the information that is registered on you. If the information about you is incorrect, incomplete or misleading, you are entitled to have the stored information corrected or deleted.
